Why is it important to study the Bible for myself?
Reading and knowing God’s Word for ourselves is incredibly important. God’s Word explains who He is and how, in His faithfulness, God has stayed in relationship with His treasured creation (YOU!). Cover to cover, the Bible is filled with explanations on how we should live; the verses in Scripture provide guidance for life’s decisions. We will not be swayed by half-truths when we have a solid understanding of the Word for ourselves.
